I have a question which the manual does not answer. Will it be possible to decouple the XLR out volume from the master volume knob in the same way like the other Kemper units? Connecting the XLR out to the FOH and the other outputs to stage monitors, i would like to keep the FOH volume constant while changing stage volume with the master volume knob.
Thx for your answer
From the manual:
Output Volumes and Output Volume Links
Within the Output Section you can find individual volumes for different physical outputs.
With the "Output Linked” soft buttons, you can link, or unlink, the respective volume to the MASTER VOLUME knob.
Any linked volumes will be controlled by the MASTER VOLUME knob, without having to enter the Output Section
again. You can link more than one volume to Master Volume. An obvious live application is to unlink the Main Output
connected to the main mixing desk of the venue – this means you can now change the volume of your monitor
signal, or headphones, while the all-important main signal remains unchanged.

I got as far as the payment screen in the Kemper Store check out and no tax was added
Taxes and fees will be charged on import to the UK.

Well, now I'm super confused. I tried going directly from the headphone jack on the Kemper into input 1 on my Apollo and the quality is even worse. The difference in audio quality is a lot less noticeable on my bass vs guitar. Which makes me think I'm losing a lot of high frequencies. I'm using Mogami cables so I doubt it's an issue with cable quality too. I don't know, I'm at a loss.
This degradation in sound may be caused by connecting the TRS stereo headphone output to the TRS balanced mono line input. I assume you are using a TS guitar cable. Impedance mismatch may also contribute.
Please enter the SYSTEM menu and click the Init Globals button. This will reset all global settings to factory default. Any setting you have applied that may have an impact on the Main Output will be reset.
If you want to reinstate the settings you are using now create a backup before performing the reset.

Which Outputs set to which Output Source did you connect to your interface? Did you record the three signals simultaneously?
How do you configure your interfaces inputs? Are they all set to the same values?

Seit Version 8.7.14 ist der Output EQ am S/PDIF Ausgang nicht mehr aktiv. Bitte beachte, dass mit den Updates das Main Manual und das Addendum Manual aktualisiert wird.

benifin The Profiler OS is not part of the Backup. Keep the current OS on the USB stick, too.

jvmes13 From my experience, the fact that the noise is not present with no cable plugged into the input shows that the issue is not with the Profiler.
Please open a support ticket if you cannot find the cause of the noise.
