Hello everyone, I updated Kemper and the problem was resolved. It had nothing to do with cable, plug, connector, etc.

Yes, the Autoselect is active, but the PROFILER don´t appears in the list with its serial number.

If 5 cables don't work then it's more likely one of the connectors on the remote or the Kemper. You might try to look closely and see if any of the pins look bent or are touching one another.

I'm sad because yesterday I only had a bad contact on the cable, but now I have nothing.

Turn off the Profiler. Plug in the controller. Then turn on the Profiler. I have only plugged in the controller when the Profiler is off not when it is on. Don't know if that makes a difference but if it doesn't then it could possibly be a bad repair. Good Luck!

Yesterday the cable of my Remote had problems and I paid a technician to replace the plugs. After doing this I can no longer connect the Remote to Kemper...The cable is original and looking at the tester it is perfectly normal.
Can anyone help me, please? I have a show to do in three hours.
