What Commercial "piezo taming" Acoustic profiles work best for your electric guitars?
What are you using with your piezo bridge solid body guitars for Acoustic sounds?
Thanks!

I've been experimenting with this exact thing lately.
In the "Kemper Add-on Profiles" Pack, there are "Acoustic A" through "Acoustic E". With a little adjustment of the EQ, I was able to make the Aura pickup in my Martin D-18 sound almost identical to a track I recorded with a large diaphragm condenser mic using "Acoustic E".
I also have Parker with a piezo that I would like to tame. It also sounds pretty good to me with the same Rig, but, I am open to "Kemper Rig Pack" suggestions here. (to keep this post where it belongs). I'll also post a new thread in "Commercial Rigs and Profiles" for other suggestions.
And.....Subscribed to this thread!

No problems to my knowledge…
Are you using this url..? https://bertmeulendijk.com/hom…-plexi-68-liquidprofiles/
The problem is with the first link in your signature.
It does not point to https://bertmeulendijk.com/home/
It points to http://www.bertmeulendijkprofiles.com/
That link produces an error that displays http://www.bertmeulendijkprofi…gi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Keep your KPA up to date wirh the latest Production OS, and install it into the second KPA from your flash drive before you install your backup into it.

Pick the Settings GEAR icon. In "Language", choose the British Flag.

I would start by searching for the Pioneer model number of the speakers, and see if anyone sells replacement parts.

If you sing it with similar tender honesty, passion, and dynamics, a "not quite exactly the same" guitar tone will be just fine with anyone who hears you do it
-
That article indicates the Park 150 equivalent of this amp does have a conventional Marshall tone stack.
Anybody have one?
-
One other thing to consider is that more than one guitarist is playing that part.

The guitar in my icon is an American Fender Stratocaster with a Clapton boost circuit in it. If I turn that knob up, it sounds like me playing a Strat with more mids, not like Eric or Ed. I think the main thing to playing similar to that is the physical approach. For a start, it looks like he is using the neck pickup, and his hand is between the middle and neck pickup.

I'm using Bypass @ Stop
I use Bypass @ Stop for wah, too. It works very well for me.

If you can make them ring with an unplugged guitar, you can do it even better with any Rig. Listen to some old ZZ Top, or other Classic Rock, to hear how little gain they were using to do it back then.
With '80s/'90s gain, it is even easier. JCM800,Jubilee, and Soldano Rigs can make it easy. Try some Profiles of the amps used by the Artists you have mentioned.

FWIW
Guitar speakers are rarely, if ever, pointed directly at the ears, which makes them seem much softer than they really are - while a close mic will pick up it's actual sound quite accurately.A long time ago, I made a fun experimental profile of my Marshall for playing at home (but, it is useless for recording or for playing live) by placing the microphone at the same position as the back of my head when playing live.

Is a PoE injector necessary to accomplish this?
I have been using the factory Remote cable with a Neutrik EtherCON Line Coupler - RJ45 Female - RJ45 Female NE8FF and a short cable for years, and have had no problems.
-
An EQ Preset tuned for bass guitars would be extremely useful. It could even be used WITHOUT an amp Profile. We could profile a guitar cable, and add the Bass EQ. Instant Bass amp!
-
I hope will one day be achievable is for Kemper to find a way to have multiple (preferably 20 or more) profiles that exist inside of one preset and as you play softer and louder, it adjusts itself) just like a tube being hit harder or softer.
When I play at stage volume, my Kemper responds to playing dynamics and guitar volume knob changes exactly like my amps that I profiled.

I send the Headphone Output to a single rack space mixer, and combine it with my received Monitor mix.
As a bonus, most of the FOH engineers in my area make it possible for musicians to adjust their own monitor mix, using a phone or tablet. They also save the monitor mixes, so the next time you are working with them, you start with the monitor mix from the previous gig. That can make soundcheck go very quickly.

Perhaps you are overdriving the input of your FRFR.
Try turning down the output of the KPA, and turning up the FRFR.

From the 10.2 manual:
The cable included in the PROFILER Remote package with its Neutrik® etherCON® cable connector carrier has been carefully selected and is perfectly suited for this purpose. If you decide to use any 3rd party cable, please make sure it meets our quality standards.
The diameter of the wire is the critical factor. The cable delivered with the Remote meets American Wire Gauge 24 (AWG), which can support up to 7.5m (22ft) length. AWG 26 cables have a smaller diameter and can only support up to 5m (15ft). Cables with higher AWG e.g. AWG 28 should not be used with the Remote.
Cables in excess of 10m (30ft) might require a Power over Ethernet Injector (PoE Injector).
