This would be very useful, you will be able to import your performances via usb without a laptop/desktop computer

Your Performances are included in your KPA USB backup and can be imported without Laptop or Computer.
You can also open multible backups in RigManager and load Performances into your Profiler to edit new Performance sets...

thanks but i dont want to replace all the rigs on the other kemper, just add a performance without the need of a laptop, that would be convenient

Same as I requested a long time ago I named it "Setlist Export / Import" .

If I backup my Kemper and another owner does the same, and we send the backups to each other and install them, have we now essentially swapped Kempers, including performances?

Kemper has stated that import/export of performances isn’t possible due to having fixed memory locations.
-
would not those same fixed memory positions from Kemper A overwrite whatever is in the same positions in Kemper B, since this is not a standard import/export, but instead a total backup overwrite?

As part of a back up, yes, that would work. But import/export of performances by themselves is not possible.
