Hi there! I'd personally use a couple of different amps for the artists you mentioned. I tend to land on variations of the Pro Reverb from Michael Britt for the first one.

For Santana and Moore I use a Bogner Shiva channel 2 profile rather than Mesa or Marshall. There's one in rig exchange that has 7.5 in the title and it's my main lead sound. I think that's because that amp was my main before the Kemper. It sounds awesome to me.

The first question here should be: what guitars/pups are you using?

My tips are;

1) Look for Amps similar to these users ( Fender twins, Marshall JCm800's)

2) Don't limit to one amp for all these sounds

3) Try a sound, if you don't like it, move on. Don't try to tweak sound you don't like to a sound you do

4) Tweak at gig volume as the sound changes at gig volume

5) Check you output set up ( unlink volumes, reduce output using -12db etc.)

6) Use Morph for more advanced flex

These players have had very different tones (and gear), depending on the era/record - you might have to be a bit more precise.
Good luck with the Santana Lead, I haven't really heard anyone that sounded like him so far and the opinions on how he get's his tone are quite varied, to put it mildly.

And one of the "secrets" of the Morgan AC20 patch is the EQ stomp. Save that as a preset and use it often on clean tones to tighten up your sound in the mix.

and the relatively high setting of the AMPLIFIER Compressor of 3.8, evening out the differences in volume of a softer and a harder pick attack and thereby limiting the Rig's dynamic range.
