I am listening to the music of the members of this forum. I am using this thread to compliment the incredible talent here. So much great original music, and recorded well too. Hats off mates.

OK, got it. I actually thought you had carved a bit OFF the heel to make it lower and couldn’t understand why you hadn’t simply cut the neck pocket deeper. That makes sense but I would probably just have used a level shim in the pocket which would leave the neck usable on any guitar.
The neck is secured with threaded inserts in the neck, and aligned for these holes in the body, which were done by hand and less than standardized. These 2 are married for life!

Thank you!
As for the heel, it was standard tele thickness, but I needed to add some height to clear the pups (non standard!) so I glued on a piece of maple and did some sculpting!

My latest build. Just finished this evening

I pulled the trigger yesterday. This beast is on it's way to me now.
I love my Studio. I think you will be very happy

Here is my latest build. The body is red alder with a walnut top. The neck is a maple neck.
Just to see if P90 are for me, I installed 2 Fishman Fluence P90 pickups. Sounds really good.
Fantastic work! A real beauty. I am a big fan of figured walnut. I am surprised it is not used more often.

Where do I find the app?
EDIT: Found it - search Rig Manager, not Kemper!

What would be your concern with a Micro-Tilt? I've been using guitars with this for years.
I have experienced a few guitars that had a warped neck and which also had the micro tilt applied over an expended period of time. Some say it is because f the uneven pressure on the neck heel since most micro-tilts are just a screw, or screw and small washer type thing. I have no scientific support for this correlation other than my limited experience. That said, a shim seems like an easier and complete solution that avoids this possibility. Sanding the bottom of the bridge saddle works, if you are comfortable with that, and it is currently high enough to make an adequate difference if sanded.

Just showed up. It's light!
String action is way too high for me, so I will be using that Micro-Tilt as soon as I have time.Quite impressed with the unplugged sound!
Beautiful grain! I have concerns about the effect of micro tilts on the neck over time. You many want to consider a shim or shaving down the bridge saddle to lower the action.

I like birds. I like most all guitars. They are my salvation from a world full of people who are more difficult to like than guitars.

Liquid bandage. Like superglue, but hopefully healthier for use on open wounds

USB stick was needed for the update, but it went smoothly.
The ability to dial out the bright cap is GREATLY increasing my enjoyment of Fender amps. Thank you!!

What did you edit to make it appear?

Saw a post in the "Why can't I post pics" thread (now closed) where he said it was shut down completely.
Actually, G-String said "If you want to share a picture, you need to upload it somewhere else and link to it in your post."

Make and save the changes it in Browser mode

Backlund Model 200
That is a very interesting and unique guitar. Congrats! What sort of tones do I get from the neck pup?

ckemper , will you be adding Bright Cap Intensity, Gain Pot Reference and the restore buttons to Rig Manager? If so, when?
Thanks
