I received some profiles that were saved on a mac computer, they will not open in windows, is there a fix for this ?

Aafter a deep dive into the kemper world, I found this profiler to be amazing tool but has a steep learning curve. it is like building a gaming pc, you need to know what you want it to do and then figure out how to make it do it. thanks for all of the encouragement!!!

just bought this profiler head from recommendations from the band OTHERWISE. looking for some good bass tones as in am donE hauling around swr amps and cabs . looking for some bass profiles along the lines of disturbed and pop evil,etc any suggestions ?
