Backstage Chicago 2010
Mr. Beck using four effects pedals .
Back line amps : 2 Blues jrs. 2 Marshalls
(One of each as backup).

I'm having the same issues as listed above.

I was going to take the feet off as well but, my Stage had other additional issues too so, Kemper replaced it. All is well now.
Thank you Kemper team!!

Welcome from Memphis.

No USB or Rig Manager connection during this problem. I can't remember if the LED reset from a power cable disconnect or standby. I'll try testing this tomorrow.
Can the LED settings be saved by pressing store while in the system settings view ? I can't recall if I tried that.
Thanks.

Thanks paults. Will do.

This is on my Kemper Stage if that makes any difference. After further checking, it appears the update screwed with the wah preset adjustments. It also switched out one of my amp selections in the performance mode. Also, my led lights won't stay the way I set them. On restart, they get brighter and I have to adjust them back. Seems several forum members are having this led problem too.

For the Stage Kemper - Add me to this list. 7.1.2 FW bright led's at startup . But, I go to system led settings and barely adjust knobs and it kicks back to my original lowers settings. Also, the update screwed up my wah settings and I had to reset them.

I have always used my Wah effect in position A - locked - TRS cable to pedal input from my expression pedal . I updated my Stage to 7.1.2 and now my expression pedal functions are not functioning as they should. The calibrate function in the pedal setting doesn't appear to be responding properly too. At one point, after switching to different pedal inputs and trying different settings I was able to hear what sounded like the bass end of a wah sweep when I moved the pedal from toe to heel but no high end from heel to toe position?? Also, the output muted at one point when testing unplugging and plugging the TRS cable. I had to disconnect the cable from the pedal input and restart the Stage to get my sound back! I tried several TRS cables and I have three different expression pedals - all of which work with my "toaster" ( my backup Kemper). The toaster is on an older firmware version.
Open for suggestions here. Thanks

Just e-mailed support.

I tried switching the internal ground lifts from off to on , and the noise was worse. I connected a wire on the back casing screw and attached the other end to the metal casing on the monitor out 1/4 "jack, just like in the the videos above, and the grounding noise went away ! Same result if I use the Main 1/4 " output. Looks like I need to contact support too.

Thanks Tim. I'll check the ground lift settings tonight.

I had enough slack in the 1/4" monitor out cable that was plugged into my active DXR speaker, that I could pick the cable up and wave it near the front of the speaker cabinet and could get variations in the noise almost like a theremin.
I'll try the test lead procedure as in the videos here soon.
