Hi there, i wrote this ballad tonight. It started as something different in my head but i love how it turned out.

Very nice Joe, soundwise and the composition as well. Seems like "the drummer" (Mr. Toontrack for sure...) was not told he's starting a ballad in the beginning
-
Awesome track Franjoe30 love the build up into the heavier parts. Great big space again!
Thanks Per

deadman42 No matter which drummer you use, whether flesh and blood or digital they still try and do what they want 😂

Loving it and agree with deadman42 the drummer was at the wrong gig in he beginning for a ballad haha, but i do like that snare intro a lot, everything else is fantastic as usual, great mix and production. Excellent guitars bro.

Hi there, i wrote the riff idea tonigh and thought i'd try and make a tune out of it. I used a Top Jimi Profile called "TJ-LJ50 Med" from the Lee/Jackson pack along with my telecaster. It's pretty upbeat.

You’re welcome, you’ve got that soaring lead thing that they do so well going on perfectly in this track. Which profile did you use by the way?

...good things being said already. Let me praise the bass in this one Joe! Great sound, supportive for the song but not buried under the guitars. Very cool overall mix. Great job

@ Per it was a Top Jimi Profile called "TJ-LJ50 Med" from the Lee/Jackson pack. I've added a tiny bit of clean boost and a reverse delay for the soaring lead melody part.

Thanks deadman42 The bass is actually EZbass using the follow function. I just recorded the part on a clean guitar tone on a separate track and dragged it into EZbass and it created the part, it's such a useful feature and sounds pretty good to my ears. Some time it needs a bit of tweaking but that's easy with the built in grid editor and all the tools it has.

Hi Joe,
sounds great!

Hi Joe,
Another full energy tune. I've listened quite a bit to some of your tunes in order to find out how your guitars melt together in your tunes. Like a gourmet sauce where everything just sits exactly right for your taste buds and perfectly compliments and completes the meal as a whole experience. You definitely have the recipe.
Cheers,

I'd like to echo Deadman's comment about the intro and extend it to the tune as a whole. It's an interesting contrast where everybody but the drummer thinks they are playing a ballad.
However, that doesn't prevent me from enjoying the track.
Cheers,
Mats N

Hi there, it's been a busy week so haven't managed to record anything until tonight. This one came to me this morning before work, its in Drop C. The profile is from the GGD all the gains pack and is the "GGD Framus Cobra RHYTHM" profile, it's pretty chunky. Have a great weekend everyone

Chunky and powerful Joe, just what is needed to slide into the weekend. Well done!
