Sadly sold the Stage and I want to make sure the new owner can log on and use Rig Manager...
Thanks for any advice.
John
I wonder why they'd reveal that and give away ideas to the competition...??
Maybe tell ChatGPT to make the software even more efficient so we can have two amp models in parallel?
The previous version is available in Support:
Nice to see the updates continuing.
thanks folks.
I'll include the profiles and delete the IRs.
Hi folks
I'm going to sell my Stage as I can't justify keeping it despite loving it. I have far too much kit and want to buy another bicyle.
I want to include a bunch of purchased profiles with it as I wont have a Kemper so have no need from them. I have proof of purchase of the profiles and will delete them from my backups.
I'll remove my York Audio IRs from the Kemper as I will be using them in my GT1000.
What is the general opinion on this? Should I remove the Profiles as well?
I'm not sure of the legal/moral situation and don't want to be an asshat.

I have a mini board with a Boss GT1000 Core on it. A couple of pedals that change with my mood and I'm sorted.
Really enjoying these. Thanks for all the work.
Latest guitar is my Chapman BEA ML3 Baritone. Love it to death.

BTW, thanks for moving the post Don. I had no idea this section was here.
Those nice ToneJunkie folks have uploaded 5 of their newest profiles to the Facebook Kemper Tips and Tricks group.
Sound good to me.
Just noticed this.
Thanks, I'll be trying it later. The only thing I have doubts about is the quality of the A/D and D/A converters on the GT1000 Core loops.
Thanks for these.
I'm sure I've seen a couple of them in rig manager but I can't remember what they are called. I've tried running mining desk names into the search function but can't find them.
What I'm trying to do is come up with a "pedal platform" that I can run some pedals into.
Currently the Morgan AC20 gets a lot of love from me but I'd like to try a few more and pull in assorted cabs.
Any suggestions from anyone?
TIA
Thanks. I'll have a play with them later.
I'm going to come back to this thread when you all ask for features in a Kemper 3.
That won't happen until at least 8hrs after the specs for the Kemper 2 are announced,
I'm in a prog band that features many songs with acoustic parts. Swapping the cable/wireless over isn't practical, so the piezo pickup method has been my solution in the past. However, that won't work going forward, as I need an acoustic with a capo on one number. I've also never found the piezo solution terribly convincing.
I might look into the Godin gear.
I have a James Tyler Variax (the JTV59) and i find that works well.
I can set up the three 'electric' pickup options on the three way and if I hit the Alt knob it calls up two electrics, usually a 12 or a six. I don't use the resonators, sitar or banjo that much. Also I can preset the tunings for each instrument or adjust them on the tunings knob.
Its actually a pretty nice LP type guitar to play. Quality is pretty much PRS SE level of build, all I've done other than a set up is add Schaller locking tuners.
I must try different pickups at some point.
My pre-Kemper modelling system - only the guitar has survived the cut:
