I have a Kemper Stage. The OS version is release 8.7.20.44681. In output mode, to control de monitor volume with the Master Volume knob I must press soft button 2, rigth? So I did it, but I can't turn down the volume on my Kabinet using the Master Volume Knob, even so the level on the pop up window shows the variation. What am I doing wrong?
This happens after a system updating.

Asking obvious questions to narrow it down.
What output are you using for the Kabinet? If it isn't Monitor Out, that's the first thing to change.
Can you post a picture of the output screen you're referring to?

Make sure, the Kabinet is really plugged into the MONITOR OUT and not MAIN OUT or SEND.
Check the Output Source Setting of the MONITOR OUT. Is it the default "Master Stereo"? Or are you picking a "DI Low" signal which is not affected by the the output volume?
