Hi I hope someone can help! I just downloaded the most recent Rig Manager software update. After I installed it my Kemper is now crashing on start up and giving me the error message attached, saying to contact customer support with a picture of the message.
I've tried restarting,unplugging, restarting whilst holding 'rig', 'quick' and 'system' individually to try and recover but always end up with the same message. I notice it freezes on 'Creating cache data for presets'. - See attached image.
So can anyone help? Is there anything else I can do? I'm sure like most of us, I need to get my Kemper up and running again as I use it daily for work so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
