Check if the back up battery inside has come loose or if it´s a loose cable / soldering ....
( If there is a battery inside the "Stage" ...... ? In my "Rack" there is one, I´ve checked

Just send a support request.
If Stage remains connected to power grid, date and time settings are retained when power is cycled.
If Stage is disconnected from power grip (unplug, or like I do, flip a master power switch, the power light turns off), date and time settings are lost when powering on.
I also downgraded to 7.1.2 and it works ok in this regard.
Upgraded again to 7.1.3 and date/time gets lost again.
FW issue I reckon.
How to downgrade?

this is from my Kpr Stage:
Same here. Resets date and time if you pull out the plug. v: 7.1.3
So a big gig last night. Kemper Stage.
Got the unit back from the repair man, replaced CPU one month old. Now has Clock Error every time I turn it on. Ok.
Get to soundcheck, powers up ok with the clock error. Ok.
Change through a few performances. Now NO SOUND!! FARK!!
Reboot which seems to take an eternity , probably 90 seconds. Powers back up and starts working again (with Clock Error)
From this point on all good. The Kemper Profiles (M Britt mainly) sound unbelievably good and the gig then goes great with fantastic comments all round.
Still though very very concerned about the stabilty and reliability of this awesome sounding machine.
Kemper -FFS, Please Please release a stable Firmware release that saves us all from the potential embarassment of massive gear failure at gigs. I have no choice but to bring a backup now everywhere I go. Not good at all.
Well I noticed this as well when I fired up my stage tonight - I had previously unplugged it too. I reset the time, but noticed the looper was acting flaky as well. The “1” button (which controls the looper record) is being touchy... not only is it hit/miss engaging the looper - but morphing is a bit weird as well (using that button).
I’ll try to roll back the firmware tomorrow and see if it solves the problem.
