Found a fix,

went into sound options > playback > interface > properties > controller > uninstall controller > plug in kemper via usb again

Pretty much what the title says, i tried clearing devices from device manager like mentioned in another post but that did not work.

Does anyone have a fix?

i had the same issue with the beta, so i reverted to stable version, the only reason i upgraded was because i thought this would be fixed in the STABLE version.....
