Can't drag and drop to import rigs？

Are you importing the Rigs from a Windows Folder (not a zipped file)?

Are you importing them into "Local Library"?

I've got the same problems with drag/drop. Have reported it to Kemper support team.

Same problem here / Drag & Drop in Local Library with error message:

The import failed. One or more item(s) is damaged beyond repair and could not be importet.

Using RM 3.3.49 on Windows 11 Home / 10.0.22621

Drag & Drop in MyProfiler works!

Any news about that?

this worked for me from kemper tech ... Open Windows Settings -> Apps & Features

- Find "Rig Manager" and press "Remove". If there is more than one entry for Rig Manager, remove them all.

- Make sure you have removed every single entry (this is important!)

- In Explorer, delete the folder "Rig Manager" which can be found in C:\Program Files\Kemper Amps

- Please download and install the latest Rig Manager update uninstall all traces of rig manager ie search c drive delete reinstall check documents folder cheers you might want to backup rig manager also

Deinstalled 3.3.29 and installed 3.3.27 RM and D&D works again.

Don't know if this is the same as your issue, but I couldn't drag rigs into the performance slots as described in the user guide. On a whim, I tried copying and pasting, and it worked fine.

I can't modify performances. I can no longer replace a rig by dragging and dropping or copy and pasting. Even the empty Performances all have a basic crunch Rig when the slot is turned on and this cannot be replaced. It's making the Kemper impossible to use as a performance tool.

as soon as a slot is activated for the first time the crunch rig is loaded into it. That has been the expected behavior since day one.

Is your Profiler in performance mode and connected to RM when you try to populate the slots? That is mandatory.

Of course as I am trying to amend the Performance slots in my Kemper. Drag and drop and Cut and paste do not work for me. I normally have one Rig Manager window active on performances and another Rig Manager window open in My Profiler Rigs. You should be able to drag a new Rig ro overwrite a Performance slot surely? I have submitted a Support Request.

Have done so and resolved the issue. I was not dragging to the active performance, ie. the one with the headphone symbol beside it. Thanks to support and how prompt they were.
