Backup all Folders from Local Lbrary

Hi,

I want to transfer all my subfolders with containing all my sorted rigs from one computer to the next and import it into rig manager there.
Where is this information stored ( one file ?? ). How can I transfer or backup this data ?

Any ideas ?
