Its probably a Marshall amp because the cab is labelled 1960AV or something. If you look at this IR in some software, it looks like it was man made because everything is perfect as far as phase etc.

But IRs are a chase-your-tail kind of thing. They always sound like "it could be a little better".

Yes it has both reverb and the eq. The EQ was engaged for all the profiles(classic v-shape)

I tried all sorts of profiles and NAM profiles and so on but then I found Gold again. I took your profile called 5E3 Deluxe ZEN5 F, turned off the Cab and in Reaper I use Line 6 Native. I used the cab called 1x12 Open Cream (Dual Version) with a Heil PR-30 (30 Dynamic in L6 lingo) and Holy Smokes I am in the ballpark.

So I decided to download a few of this guy's profiles based on Metallica and MachineHead albums and when I added them to my GGD 5153 profile these IRs are very close to the albums.

You get a ton of wav files and they are to suit specific units and plugins - Kemper wasnt included but I tried the NDSP wavs with the Kemper and worked really well.

The guy has put a load of free impulse packs up there, but has a list of paid ones which are $5 each. For me it was worth the experiment and would recommend :)
