It did for me. When I would scroll quickly through presets with the instant preview on, I would get a lot of freezing. Yesterday I turned it off and just activated the ones I wanted to hear after scrolling. Seemed to do the trick. I'm assuming with the instant on and the rate that I was scrolling, was gumming up the communication. Also, I did switch out my usb-c dongle to a better one. I still need to go to version 6.0 though.

Yeah I need to update to 6.0. Didn't get chance yesterday, but changing the instant preview and using a better connector to Mac seemed to fix the problem for me.

Its a fairly common problem which only seems to happen when connected to a computer. It also seems to be mainly Mac computers that ot happens with.
Yup I get the same problem. It's pretty annoying and normally results in me restarting the profiler. I'm going to try switching the instant preview mode off. I'm wondering if it happens when scrolling too fast through presets.

DaanJM A Revstar 502 is giving me all kinds of fun.
I'm seriously looking at those too. I see them $400ish used... I need a guitar with some p90's.

Bought the pack, love it. My favorite lead tone so far.

Wonder how a tech 21 with the new FRFR Celestion would sound?

.... so the Matrix doesn’t power the unpowered Kemper? Huh.
So first things first, AUS power outlets/sockets run at 230v. USA runs at 110v. The reason I mention this, is to ensure that if you are ordering a power amp from the US, make sure it will work on 230v. Don't they sell Matrix amps out of the UK?
Your combo amp combines the pre-amp (Kemper), the power amp (Matrix) and speaker into one box. In order to get your combo to work, you need to plug it into a wall socket in order to power it up. The Matrix doesn't power the Kemper, it takes the signal from the Kemper, adds power to it and sends it to your speakers.
-
When you say to power the lot, the Matrix just powers your speakers (Orange 2x12), not the rest of of your gear. Normally in the rack situation that you listed above, someone would also purchase a 1u rack power conditioner, like a Furman for example. You could then plug your Kemper, wireless, Matrix and rack tuner into the back of it inside the rack case, to save having to utilize a power strip.
Hope this helps and I'm not adding any confusion.

Glad to see you back Andy!

Nice. Which one of all the distortion pedals did you use?
The Tube Driver is baked into the profile, but I ended up adding the Fuzz DS pedal to it as well. I'd just mess around with different profiles and try adding a fuzz and see where you end up.

For what it's worth, there's a paid profile sold by ToneHawk Studios that has a 68 plexi with the BK Butler Tube Driver pedal in front. Take that profile and add a fuzz pedal, plus delay and I felt I was getting pretty close. The fuzz pedal is a key part.
