What are folk using for seats in their studios? My back is bad and I'm looking for something that I can use for long periods without aggravating it

This is on my list... I would just remove the forearms to play guitar easier on it. And it matches my studio theme.

I had a chair at work that was really easy to lean back. I noticed that my back would get sore everyday. I was in a constant crunch/situp position all day. My abs and back were in constant tension trying to hold a normal position.
I switched to a chair that would NOT lean back and my back problems went away immediately.

I use chairs that lock in the straight up position and unlock to recline back. I would think most new chairs do that today, but it is something to verify. Also, good lumbar support is crucial.

Herman Miller Aeron
Sedus Mr.24
Both of them aren't exactly cheap ones ... but I think I can safely say they are the best of the best.
PS: Do not buy chairs with headrest for studio work. The headrest will cause unwanted reflections near your precious ears.
