Any advantage or disadvantage to recording Kemper into Interface at full volume compared to setting at -12.0db? Taking into consideration that the Interface gain knobs are used to prevent clipping.
Is there a difference between recording Kemper at volume 0.0 to (-12.0)?

Keep gain on your interface at 0dB, and no pad engaged. Set your Kemper at whatever gives you an appropriate level.

Assuming 0db gain on interface is the knob being all the way down to it's lowest, I am at about 25% gain on interface with the Kemper Outputs at 0.0db. I believe I am getting more "meat" on the tone as compared to the Kemper Outputs at -12.0db but that just may be from a perceived volume increase.
I'm not sure I understand this Output DB correctly so I assume that Kemper Outputs at 0.0db is "line level" and any negative amount is not needed unless clipping to the output's receive is happening.

If you're running a bit hot into your interface you may be driving the input. This may or may not be a good thing (let your ears decide). I would generally shoot for gain setting on the interface at around 50%, but this is fairly arbitrary.
