I'd like to connect the 2 x 12" Dr.Z open back to my powered Kemper.
But the Kemper says 8 - 16 Ohms at its speaker out.
Do I have a problem ?

No. You are fine connecting an 8ohm cabinet to a 4 ohm output. You shouldn’t connect am4 ohm cab toan 8ohm output though.
Well the Kabinet is 4ohm, so I'm thinking you're OK.

Quote from Kemper Main Manual v. 10 page 103The Built-in Power Amplifier
The optional built-in power amplifier allows you to connect your PowerHead or PowerRack to 4, 8, and 16-ohms guitar cabinets, as well as unpowered full-range cabinets. It is cabled to the MONITOR OUTPUT internally, so all features of the MONITOR OUTPUT are applied to the internal power amplifier as well. Please refer to the MONITOR OUTPUT chapter of this manual for more detailed information.
I run my Kemper amp output into a Marshall 4-12" cabinet. The cabinet has 4 16 ohm Celestions in parallel making it a 4 ohm cabinet load. I have had no issues, realizing that I will not get full power from the amp due to the impedance mismatch. Not a problem because the Kemper's rated wattage is way more than I need.
Solid state power section do not be effected by ohms so much.

This and Kemper have said many times that 4 ohms cab is fine.

The OP was asking about a 4 ohm cab to a (presumably) 8-16 ohm out. So in many cases this wouldn't be OK. But it is OK with the Kemper, you just don't want to max it out like if using a Bass guitar. I believe it runs 160 watts continuous according to the B&O spec sheet . (600 peak)

Looks like I misread that one 🤦
Wasn't aware the DrZ can was 4ohms.

Good job you were still right - yes its ok

I’m always right. Even when I’m wrong 😆
I get to choose my impedance.

I don't need to. My Kemper does it for me

oh she is
How, why ,what......so many questions!! You tease!!!!
I assume a custom stereo (?) valve power stage, combined with a custom connection panel ( as I can't see any seams) ?
