Kind of a silly question but is there a point system for member status on the forum and if so what is it? IE.. Beginner, Student, Professional, Enlightened, etc...

Purely based on post count I believe. I don't know what the amounts required for which designation are though.

Agreed - it is based on post count, with some other designations for Kemper Staff, and the like.
