Yes.
If you are on the Main Forum page, click on the checkmark icon on the upper Right, above "Hot Topics" to mark all forums as read.
If you are on the Unread Posts page, the checkmark icon is also on the upper Right, above the list of posts.
Edited: Right, not left...

Thanks everyone. That little checkmark was so small, I didn't notice it.
