What is the difference between the public and the private forum ?
-- Both can be read by public ?
-- Both can be written by registered users ?

I don't understand the difference ...

Public forum
Public discussion about the Kemper Profiler
Everybody can read this forum, everybody who registered can post.

Private forum
Private discussion about the Kemper Profiler. The forum is for registered owners only. We may supply support through this forum and email.

Everybody can read this forum, only registered owners can post.

It is possible to be a forum member without owning a Kemper product.

The only people who can post on the Private Forum are people who have registered the serial number of their Kemper product.

The product registration includes the serial number, so I am guessing not a bag or cable
