I bought a COAX/SPDIF converter, and my Kemper sounds a million times better using SPDIF into my Apollo Twin instead of TRS/TS. Until proven otherwise, I don't think I'm experiencing a problem. It's just that SPDIF sounds better than analog/digital conversion.
Glad you got it sorted. If there is a significant sound difference between analog and spdif then something is out of the ordinary at least. The Apollo analog inputs can be very transparent.

Anyway - this is a feature for the official Kemper ASIO drivers.
It would be great to have the upcoming ASIO drivers being able to handle multiple Kempers on windows.
I might be jumping the gun here, but I already have a power rack and a stage and I NEED a good reason to buy a Player.
If I could use my Stage and a new Player at home to reamp two tracks left and right at the same time I would buy a Player right away
Same here, most of my sounds use less than 4 effects, so I'm good here. But lack of morphing is a real bummer for me - I use it a lot and would love to be able prepare a simple preset on Stage / Head with morphing but take Player to a gig - looks like it is not possible at the moment. I hope this can be addressed in future firmware update.
Haven't checked up on the details but isn't that what the expression pedal input is for?

Hehe yes. Funny statement. I would totally use this as a backup if I didn't already have a Stage as backup. Give me Clean, Crunch, and Lead and I'm ready to gig all night. Only use two effects consistently. Room reverb and lead delay.

The headphone out has the Space effect on by default but others don’t.
Please make sure you understand what Wheresthedug says here. The space parameter/effect only goes to Kempers headphones out per default. So to compare you need to activate it for all outputs.

I have my PowerHead in a bag, a home made board (with a cary handle cutout), passive Kabinet and a two guitar gig bag. I can carry everything in one go at a push but tend to make two trips for comfort.
For rehearsals (and possibly future gigs with purely IEM) I do it all in one trip without the Kabinet and just go direct to PA.
Hm two guitar gig bag. Sounds practical. Any recommendation?
