    Unfortunately, we cannot publish any software updates without one or two users broadcasting a complete change of all their tones. Since we publish updates on a regular base, there is a high probability that hardware issues of PROFILER or connected gear or unintended changes of settings happen after upgrades coincidentally. In the vast majority of cases there is no causal relationship with the software update. You can assume that a very significant number of clients is adopting new release software within hours. If an update would change all user sounds we all would erxperience a perfect storm.

    Understood. That's what it sounded like to me, like something else was happening on the user end not directly update related. Just wanted to check to see if anyone else would concur.
