Can I control the speed of the univibe with the pedal? I think you can control the speed only with the tap, so please let me know

I assume you are talking about the Phase Vibe? You can set a morph on the rate to control with a pedal.

Use an expression pedal set as Morph. Assign the Morph Pedal to Rate and set lower and upper range for the expression pedal heel and toe positions.

Which effect are you trying to use? I'm going to be honest, I use the DejaVibe in a FX Loop.

I meant what Kemper effect are you using and trying to morph? I have a Deja Vibe and can control the speed but the Kemper is a little different and there really isn't a "Uni Vibe" effect. You can use the Phase Vibe or Chorus Vibrato that will get you close.

With the Vibe Phaser and morph expression pedal you can control is like the real thing.

Phaser One way isn’t a uni vibe effect. Phaser Vibe is the correct Kemper effect to use.

I see what he is getting at. Phaser Vibe is the correct effect, but there is no smooth tempo change and there is no way to actually disable tap tempo. So the short answer is yes, you can change the tempo with a pedal, but it is not a smooth change like my DejaVibe, it does it by beat count (rate). The Deja and Uni Vibe have a speed control that is literally just that.

I wasn’t aware of that limitation. That’s a big flaw. This is another reason why some people (myself included) want the ability to disable tempo linking on a block by block basis rather than rig level.

Put in a feature request in that section of the forum and hope that enough people support it to get Kemper’s attention.
