Well, if you've already nailed the tone with your real amp, the best idea imho is to create your own profile of that amp.

Kann gerade deine Beispiele nicht anhören, aber du solltest eigentlich kein Clipping in der DAW bekommen, auch nicht mit 0 dB. Vielleicht liegt da auch der Grund für deine Sound-Unzufriedenheit (irgendetwas womöglich zu laut in der DAW?)?

Nein, leider nicht.

Yes there should be "My Profiler" twice . One for profiles in browser mode and one for performance mode (right below Local Library in your screenshot). Have you connected your profiler correctly (the "printer USB cable" is the correct one!)?

There is no "My Profiler" tab below "All Performances" and then "Local Library"? There should be one and that is where you drag and drop the performances.

I think you have to register your KPA to get access to the private forum section.

Headphone out sounds louder to me.
The third SPDIF clip has a click. Maybe a problem with the clock? I doubt that you will get a better sound with better SPDIF cables but if there is a problem with the clock, better quality cables might solve that.
EDIT: The second headphone clip sounds "roomier" to me. If I recall correctly, you have already ruled out any kind of reverb / space etc. on the headphone out, right?
