    Total crash after updating to release 10.2.2 on my toaster. Will not let me do a system factory reset as I've done before for other issues.

    When I turned on the profiler last night it asked me if I wanted to update to newest version. I should of just left it alone as it was working fine.

    I successfully updated the editor, and then when I installed the OS, I got a failure message twice after downloading about 90% of the update to my toaster. After the first attempt, I restarted everything and got the same result. The device still works, but I am rather afraid to try again.

    Stuff like this - its always best to submit a support ticket.
