Recording DI and Processed signal at once, XLR and USB

    Title says it all, using a kemper stage I am trying to record My DI track simultaneously with my processed channels, for reamping. Simply cannot figure this out. Im using a single XLR aswell as a Single USB. I feel like I'm probably just choosing the wrong input on my DAW somehow, but I've tried every available input and only receive a processed signal and that's it.

    I have a tutorial for USB reamping with the Toaster/Rackmount. They only have two channels on the USB (DI and mono). The left is Di and the Right is mono. That's Profiler 1 input and Profiler 2 input respectively.


    Since the Stage can do 4 channels, I would assume you have inputs labeled; Profiler 1 thru Profiler 4. If it's similar in routing then maybe Profiler 1 is your DI? Which would be the first Left channel?


    And you have to set the proper DI and guitar input (Rec. Source) in the Kemper USB page settings.

    How to Reamp Kemper USB Method Tutorial (with Reaper and 2 channels).
    This tutorial explains the steps for Kemper USB reamping with 2 channels for Inputs and Outputs. Stage users have a 4 channel option.

    First, make sure your USB is connected from the computer to the appropriate port on back of the Kemper unit. Windows recognizes the Kemper automatically as a sound driver. Make sure you select it (under the speaker task tray icon) before proceeding.

    With cubase element v11 I am experiencing the following problem.


    My original DI track is altered after the reamping even if that track is not armed to record... My original DI guitar signal is lost after reamping!
