Remote works but lights dont come

    So i turn on my basically new Kemper, the remote says conected on display however no led lights come on dispite it seems to work. So i turn of kemper. Disconnect and reconecg all inputs, jjust to trouble shoot, restart the Kemper (which has like 450 rigs but takes almost 30 seconds to boot up) and this does nothing. . I ytry one more time and now the display in Kemper is working correctly and the lights on remote are on. Any one having problems like this? Wha can I do ? Thanks to all

    Sounds exactly like the issue I had when using a different cable than the one it came with.


    Are you using the original cable or something else? Regardless - find a different cable or two to try.
