Have you by accident changed the input to SPDIF?
-
No i've never used that . But checked anyway. It's not on SPDIF
-
With nothing plugged into the input the tuner bubble jumps all over
-
I had a bug where the KPA detected a volume pedal while there was no one plugged in -> silence. I had to reset pedal configuration (just set Pedal 1 and 2 to some values and then back) to get it working again.
Also, try a system reset (hold system while booting). -

This is normal and has nothing to do with your input problem. Don't worry about that. -
Just sayin:
I once plugged in the headphone out...
Took 5 minutes and a reboot to realize my error... -
I freaked out once because I had a loop enabled in a preset, but didn't have any pedals in the loop. Thought my unit had gone belly up for about 10 minutes...

[Blocked Image: http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-laughing025.gif]haha, ingolf. i am not the only one! a student of mine (13 years) asked me while i was helplessly trying all the cables i have:
"maybe you try the other input?" hilarious. well, usually the input IS on the left side, isnt it? so check this also.

Well, this makes 3! Happened to me also - guitar goes to the right side
Took me more than 5 minutes to figure it out -

Ingoff, thanks for helping me prove I'm just an Idiot !!!!!!! I indeed as you said you had done plugged the guitar into the phones jack and the phones into the guitar input. I guess it's just so natural to plug the guitar into the left side of the amp.

I'M SO GLAD IT'S NOT JUST ME
-
At least you plug it in somewhere... sometimes I'm wondering why my guitar doesn't "work" till I realise I didn't even put a cable in it ._.

Haha, indeed!
I consider this the ONLY design flaw in the KPA to have the input on the right.
Glad you're sorted! -
Thanks, I'll try not to make this error again Yes this is a rather odd design flaw

Nope, it will happen again! I happened yesterday at the band room. The guys were waiting... I've heard one say don't give midi stuff to guitar folks
-
Guys it feels so good to know that I am not the only one! ;-)) thanks!!

At least we know it's a "world-wide" error
