Thanks for yor fast reply, Burkhard.
I tested with the original cable, got the same weird result.
I´ll open a ticket.

Nobody else with that problem ?
To be really sure that´s not a connection problem, I´ll test this evening with original cable with and without POE injector.
Burkhard Is there a way to re-flash the remote´s firmware ?
Good evening !
Since a few hours I note my remote is no more working a usual.
Working in Browser mode, Rig Manager active or not.
No connection issues, I use a POE Injector and a short Ethernet cable (3 meters)
For many years this worked fine :
Changing rig with a "double-click" ends up in the ordered rig with active morph (upper LED).
But now : I can see morph is turned on shortly and is turned off a few hundred milliseconds later. ?!?
I have to wait 1 or 1.5 seconds until activating morph stays activated.
EDIT : Another strange thing : switching from a morphed rig to another rig
I see the next rigs´s upper LED and hear the next rig morphed for approx. a half second.
Is there a quick solution, I have a gig next saturday !
I tried :
- restart the Toaster
- software update to actual 10.2.2 (had a official 10.x before, don´t know which one. But showed the same)
- disconnect/connect the remote
- using my own (Beta-State) MIDI Floorbard the problem doesn´t exist.
Best regards
Bernhard
Dear Bert,
Again I have to thank you on my knees ... The new BM-Fman SB Kemper pack ... holy cow ...
Despite High gain my old Tele keeps her sound, character and her huge dynamics.
It cuts the mix without any harshness and cleans up nicely on rolling down the volume pot.
And it feels so good.
Great job, Sir !
(but still hoping for a Mars SL100 LQP from your hands )
Und wer ist eigentlich Paul ?
Spaß beiseite, ich hatte mal so ein Phänomen, das Volume-Poti der Gitarre war das Problem.
Welcome home !
You need a Boo Star.
Unfortunately it's not for sale.
Waiting too for the Superlead !
use the rigmanager and find a lot of.
A virtual Kemper for PC you can only use, when you bought a real one.
Thus the hardware could stay at rehearsal room.
Synchronize them via internet or via USB Stick.
No risk, no fun.
Performance Mode is much faster, yes.
But not good for me, I'm actually working on a bigger
MIDI Floorboard with 6 or 7 instead of 5 rigs.
Seamless yes but not immediate. What a pity !
Hossa !
Last weekend I had my 1st "liquid" gig, and I noticed a much longer reaction time for rigs as before.
(not a droput, just a delay until the new rig is active)
The reaction delay is approx. 0.5 .. 0.7 seconds. (estimated, not measured).
I´m using browser mode, a toaster plus a remote.
I Retested at home with MIDI Program change, the same.
Using buttons at toaster the same.
Did someone else note that ?
Best regards
Bernhard
So back from gig :
I noticed the difference, the "feel" was better than using my unliquid profiles.
The other musicians did´nt note it (differences are only small, character and gain were preserved)
The FOH Man noted a little better cut the mix.
FYI : I did not make real LQPs, I only raised them without looking for correctness
(If it sounds good to me, it is good)
The Morgan AC20 with Voice Ace 15 / Fan Vibr Champion / Voice Ace 30 Nrm
The SLO100 with Mard Plex Brt
And I am not talking Italian.
Tomorrow we will have small gig.
I'm curious, what will happen with me and if the other musicians and our FOH man
will notice the difference. I didn't tell them a word.
Gonna use only 2 liquified amps in some variations, our beloved rmpaceco's Morgan AC20
an a SLO100, bought from Bert. I don't like 33455 amps on stage.
Less is more.
It's a kind of magic.
To be honest - I´m not a professional musician.
I´m a hobbyist - maybe a good hobbyist, but not more.
So I´m not professional enough to keep my left and right hand in good sync under all circumstances.
Of course LP cannot fix my old hands.
Somehow it helps and it makes me playing more with more fun.
And if it´s placebo only - as long as it works for me ...
I'm impressed, too.
I can play faster and more accurate, and the attack feels much better.
The fingers are no more sticking on the fretboard.
It feels somehow "relaxed".
I played loud using a pair of good studio monitors.
I made 3 tries (without knowing what to do)
1st try : Huuuh, not so bad !
2nd try : Nope, sounds somehow overprocessed and overfiltered, I don´t like it.
3rd try : 3 Liquid packs on RM : Don´t taste to me, some too dark some too harsh.
(Found 2 HighGain sounds in the Rigbuster Pack, which were ... ok , but not changing my world)
Waited a few days, read the documetation, looked a few videos.
Then I elevated my favourite Lead Rig (a SLO100, bought from Bert Meulendijk)
to liquid using Mars Plex Brt, needed not much tweaking and what the hell !
+ the post amp studio EQ is now obsolete
+ the delay/reverb sounds better, not so "weak and washed"
+ the attack sounds much more realistic
+ my fingers need less power at the fretboard (why?)
+ I can play faster and more accurate (why?)
+ the overall feeling is no more as sticky fingers on the fretboard (why?)
+ less harshness, more punch and warmth = more life
- I had to raise rig volume by approx. 2.5dB (doesn´t matter)
The same result with our beloved rmpacheco´s Morgan AC20 using Fan Vibro Champion.
Bright Cap 7.7, Bass -3.5, treble 8, Gain 4.5, pre amp a pure booster +1.9.
A nice reverb on top and BANG - the best SRVish sound I ever played.
Also a very nice feeling and dynamics at the edge of breakup.
(to be honest ... I cannot play like SRV, but it feels soooo good)
Thanks to CK and his team for this (free!) update !
If not mentioned before 21354x ... The Morgan AC20 ...
