Did someone hack my account here?

    Today, i notice that my handle has changed to "Duplicate PdeCaumette"
    If i log out and input my info, i am correctly logged in.
    If i then attempt to go to the forum my handle changes to "Duplicate PdeCaumette"
    Did someone create an account under my name?
    Not sure how to go about resolving this...
