Hi everyone , first at all , happy new years from Chile, south america.
I am a kemper user from 1 month ago and all works ok , but I have a little problem with Uno4Kemper (1.3a).
Some slots (not all) does'nt reflect the correct effect states (Led's on/off)
By example , stompbox B (LED) it's on but in kemper no (effect off , and empty). Others slots works perfectly.
There is a setting involved with this behavior ?

Are you sure that the buttons on your floorboard are assigned to the right stomps? Uno4Kemper has the one row of performances/rigs, and then lets you put whatever stomps or effects you want in the other row. Double-check page 8 and 9 of the manual: http://www.uno4kemper.com/UnOforKemper_manual_1_3.pdf
Yes . In fact, I have in the row of effects / pedals A, B , X, MOD , DELAY , and configured as the manual says (1-2 pedals on startup , and then press for 3 seconds... then select number config...)
Some slots doesn't have available "B " or "X" effect, and led is on .... weird.
Otherwise, If I press B , show it in kemper "Effect off and empty.." (not remember exactly the message...)
Others works normally.
I will do double check today!
I get the same message when I'm in Performance mode. But ONLY on profiles in which I didn't program a effect.
So for instance I have one Lead-preset that contains only 3 stompbox effects Wha on B, Univibe on C and a Boost on D.
So sometimes I forget that the Wha is not in stompbox A and when I press that switch on my Behringer (with Uno4Kemper 1.3) I get that same message.
Is this what you mean or did you in fact program an effect in that slot?
Also, do you have 2 midi-cables connected? Cause I think the leds only work proper when you do.
And did you upgrade the Kemper's firmware to the latest?
