Remote to serve as midi CC controller only

    Is there a way to set up the pedal input on the remote to send just midi CC messages but without affecting the KPA parameters, ie, kind of turn it into a "midi controller"


    I'm aware that if you assign a foot pedal to a wah/pitch/vol/morph you can (somehow) relay that info as a midi CC 1/4/7/11 respectively but can i send out midi CC yet bypass the KPA functions ie do it "silently" without an audible changes on the KPA.

    that is not possible. The Remote was designed as a remote controller for the Profiler. Anything you send from it will ultimately affect the Profiler. The Profiler can only forward some of the commands to external equipment in addition.
