Pedal problems

    I am having issues with the remote and the pedals working properly. One pedal will work as volume and wah but other pedals I plug in don't respond. Went into settings and tried telling it which pedal does what but that isn't working.. pedals both worked as different options until the last gig I used it for.. now only pedal 3 is responding.. all others no luck.. Is this a setting or a chip board failure in the remote?

    Are all the pedals involved expression pedals?

    Are these connected via an intact TRS cable?

    The functional assignments are per socket. If socket PEDAL 3 is configured as Wah Pedal, any intact expression pedal plugged into that socket will act as Wah Pedal.

    If WahPedal to Volume is activated globally the same pedal will control Volume, while no Wah effect is present or active.

    If you disconnect and reconnect pedal to the TRS cable while the PROFILER is up and running, this might confuse the auto calibration. In that case press Calibrate at the corresponding Pedal page e.g. Pedal 3 and perform a full sweep of the pedal.


    If specific pedals work following these hints and other don't at the same socket after calibration, there is something wrong with those pedals.


    If one pedal works at a socket e.g. PEDAL 3, but doesn't with at another e.g. PEDAL 5 with identical settings and after calibration, something might be broken. Open a support ticket in this case.
