    I have always liked the more transparent sound of the VHT (I just sold mine on ebay today) to either the 5150 or the Mesa. Your comparison has re-enforced this for me.


    Often it is hard to tell with the clips stand alone out of context, but I felt the VHT really had an edge in the mix.
