Product Registration

    Hey guys, bought my non powered Kemper Toaster + Remote as a set from Sweetwater..
    i have registered the Kemper itself.. but there is no serial number on the remote, and not visible in software that I can find either..


    Heard somewhere on here that I need to register the remote as well.. is this true..? If so how to get the serial number..?

    The serial numbers of Profiler and Remote are visible
    1. on the box
    2. on stickers under the bottom of the devices
    3. on the last page of the System Settings (Profiler) or when you press 1 and TAP simultaneously followed by TUNER (Remote).


    The registration of both devices is recommended. However, in order to have access to updates registering one device is sufficient. In case it's needed the registration helps our support team to investigate the age and history of the device.

    Is there a way to look the serial number up on the Remote's screen? I lost (got rubbed off) the sticker on the bottom of mine
