I think the way the retrofit is done is the most interesting question, so pics would be good.
As for demoing the unit: I'm quite sure with the specs one knows what to expect.
A YT video with you playing and a measurement about the max. SPL that you can achieve with your cab should be enough.

I guess the most important aspect of it would be the undistorted SPL. I'm starting thinking of a way to make you guys appreciate it, but I've had no clear idea yet.
Any suggestions? Maybe me talking on a mic and playing and gradually raising the amp's volume?

@ nightlight: how will you know "how loud" is "loud"? This is the question (LOL)

I suppose more than loud, it would be pragmatic to demonstrate that your custom-built solution does not distort at higher volumes, probably by showing how you increase the level via the Kemper or a volume knob on the power amp in stages and playing a bit. It'll also be good if you can demonstrate with various profiles, clean, distorted, heavy FX usage, etc.

I have no ideas on how you're going to get this all to show up on a camera though

Is it possible to put an extra 9 volt negative center power supply? Probably with overcurrent protection, this is for people that use 9 volt powered footcontroller and for our pedals.

I use the free version of that app, called "JL Audio Tools". It has the two I use the most: SPL meter, and RTA

Yes, that is how I use it. I mostly use it as an RTA - At sound check, I like to be able to tell the Sound Engineer the specific frequencies to subtract in my vocal monitor.

Yeah !!! I'm heavily interested as well , especially if it handles stereo / mono modes .
